Supporting The Rainbow Centre for Children
The Rainbow Centre provides free and professional support to children and their families affected by bereavement, life threatening illness and cancer.

Bristol Twestival attendee raises cash from the crowd and takes to the stage!
March 25th, 2011 CommentWe were overwhelmed by the generosity of our supporters before Bristol Twestival and that generosity continued into the event itself.
Danny Maddocks, a business owner who donated eight hours of his time to our raffle, decided he wanted a bit of on-stage action so asked if could MC with our headline act Dub Mafia if he raised some cash for the Rainbow Centre for Children. Seizing the opportunity like only an entrepreneur can, Danny walked around the venue with a wine glass and managed to collect £45 in loose change!
Dub Mafia were true to their word and Danny joined the band on stage. Here’s what happened:

March 25th, 2011 CommentThere must be many sore heads in Bristol today following a fantastic Twestival last night. Massive thanks to everyone who came and being so generous. We are still counting the pennies but you raised around £2,000 for the Rainbow Centre for Children. Well done!
We were blown away by the music performances with Temple Circus, Dub Mafia and the team of beatboxers all going down a storm. We capured some of it on video:

7.30pm: Doors open
7.55pm: On stage introductions
8pm: Beat boxers and Temple Circus
8.40– 8.55pm: Paul Parry comedy set
8.55 – 9.05pm: DJ Beck
9.05pm: Raffle draw
10 – 11pm: Dub Mafia
11pm-12am: DJ Beck
